Service Coordinators

Solace Healthcare works in partnership with our referrers.
Full Evaluations We do full evaluations on every child, including standardized testing that provides valuable, objective information on a child's developmental status. We do this because we need to fully understand every child’s unique situation. While we take all evaluations from outside providers into consideration, we perform our own evaluations to ensure optimum care, as well as meet regulatory requirements. Solace services always require a signed physician order, for both the evaluation and established plan of care. Solace obtains these orders from all involved physicians internally, and as quickly as possible.
Our highly-trained Senior Therapists do the initial evaluations, develop the treatment plan and then match up the child with the best treating therapist for regular treatment visits. Treating therapists are free to modify the treatment plan and goals as necessary, but they do this as part of a team, with the support of a Senior Therapist.
Transdisciplinary Teams If additional therapies are needed, Solace is equipped to provide additional therapists to the child’s care team seamlessly. This is because of the depth of our resources. The child benefits from this team approach because their therapists all work together to develop the best overall treatment plan. Each team shares ideas and strategies, is fully integrated and works together seamlessly.
Paperless & Automated We have eliminated the task of going through tons of paperwork by eliminating paper! We are proud to say that we are a “paperless” organization. Because our systems are both electronic and automated, we are able to share clinical information with approved client caregivers quickly and easily. This improves communication, coordination of care, and the overall quality of services for every child.
48-hour Evaluation Guarantee Solace Healthcare guarantees that we will have someone on site in 48 hours from our first phone call with you. We understand that problems can occur when questions aren’t addressed right away or care doesn’t start soon enough. Within five minutes of your call or email we will:
• Check Medicaid or other insurance via our state-of-the art system
• Find out if there are open authorizations (or PARs) already in place with other providers
• Have our Client Care Manager directly contact you and the family
• Check and confirm the availability of therapists for each child based on various criteria
The confirmation of referral is done within 5 minutes and the referral is then ready to be scheduled.
Your Team — Solace Healthcare’s team includes a 10-person administrative team that includes the Client Care Department, Medical Records Department, Billing Department, as well as our Administration Department.
