We are here to work together to help your child thrive.

Thorough Evaluations — Within 48 hours of our initial contact we will see your child and begin the evaluation process. We evaluate every child—even if they have already had lots of evaluations—because we want to fully understand their needs based on our own observations and criteria. Our evaluations include standardized testing to ensure we obtain objective measures and create the best treatment plan for your child. Solace services always require a signed physician order, for both the evaluation and established plan of care. Solace obtains these orders from all involved physicians internally, and as quickly as possible.

Parent Strategies — After the initial evaluation we will give you a Parent Strategies document. While we are a paperless company, we feel that this is important for you to have in writing. This document will have real strategies on how we will help your child, and will outline the process, and what will happen along the way.

Realistic Goals — We set realistic goals with your child’s needs in mind. Our goal with every child is to do what’s right for them. We will never tell you what to do. Instead we will offer suggestions and recommendations on how you can best support your child, and show you how you can work independently to help them meet their goals.

Respectful Care — We do the best we can for each child, and treat them with the love and respect they deserve. We promise to take good care of your child and keep them safe while they are under our supervision.

Positive Fun — Keeping a positive attitude, focusing on solutions and having fun are the best ways we know of to do something good for kids and to see positive results.

Therapeutic Teams — We match our patients with the best therapist for their particular needs. All therapists are supervised by a team and benefit from the team’s collective knowledge.

Consistent Services — In the event that your child’s therapist cannot see them, an equally well-trained therapist will be substituted. Every week, someone will be there.

Monitored Care — For our patient’s safety and security we run background checks on all of our therapists, and check each year to make sure that they have met all licensing requirements. We will also call you to check on your experience with our therapists regularly.
