Therapy Services

Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies are diverse disciplines that help children with a wide array of pediatric issues to meet developmental milestones.

Physical Therapy helps children make their bodies work for them despite the challenges of developmental delays, neuromuscular, neurological and orthopedic conditions, and other movement disorders. Physical Therapists focus on building better gross-motor movement, balance, strength, and mobility.

Occupational Therapy helps children successfully learn the familiar and meaningful activities that people do every day, like going to the bathroom, getting dressed, and eating meals. Occupational Therapists focus on the cognitive processes needed to learn these skills, and
the sensory integration processes needed to master these activities.

Speech Therapy helps children to better express their daily needs and wants though speech, language and social communications. Speech Therapists focus on language development, understanding words, using words, cognition, attention to task, and memory.

Our therapists are the best in the business. Every therapist has extensive training, is active in continuing education, and is informed about the latest advancements. As employees of Solace Healthcare, we run background checks on every therapist we hire, and check therapy licenses every year to make sure they continue to meet all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Our therapists are part of an extensive, multi-disciplinary therapy team!

Nursing Services

Solace Healthcare now offers comprehensive nursing services to children in the Denver Metro area! We are excited to have expanded our services beyond therapy services. The addition of nursing services will allow us to more fully benefit children in our community with a team-oriented, multi-disciplinary approach. We cannot be more excited to have made this step into nursing care for our children!

Pediatric Nursing helps children and their parents maintain the highest level of child health at all times, by ensuring proper nutrition, obtaining regular well-child check-ups, and getting the proper vaccinations, to name a few. Nurses play an integral role in a child’s health and we are excited to now offer this service to our children. Parents play an important role in a child’s health as well, of course, and our nurses are available to both educate parents and guide them to make smart health choices for their children. A nurse with a quick smile, endless patience, and a friendly personality can make the experience of home care a lot less scary for a child, as well as for an anxious parent or family member. Our pediatric nurses achieve this goal daily. Our nurses are available to meet with children in both the home and clinic settings.
